Overall, excellent. They were very responsive, and even called me to confirm that I knew I was ordering a mid-size. (I did). They also rerouted the delivery to a UPS location when I was unable to sign for it at home. The watch itself was exactly as billed (excellent), with box and papers. My only small complaint was that I asked them to remove the bracelet and leave the pins in place so I could use a NATO strap. They didn't, which required me to make a trip to a jeweler. But that's minor. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd certainly buy from SWE again.
