I received the watch and it is beautiful. However it does not run properly. The hour hand skips when setting time and is delayed in movement. I''d like to know what the seller can do about this. I am happy to ship it back for repair. Steve Holcomb sfh3@hotmail.com

Was looking for a black Tudor FXD and came across this one that I purchased. It was priced well below market value and I thought the price was wrong at first it was such a good deal. Once I purchased they contacted me right away to say they had my order and were getting it ready for shipping. Got it in the mail the next day and everything was good to go. Love the watch! Great overall experience buying from Shreve, Crump, & Low. Will definitely be looking at them for my next luxury watch purchase.
