Bini was very responsive and quick to provide videos on request. Although the photos were very clear, the provided videos in private messages were blurry. I was unable to notice the scuffs and scratches on the bottom edge of the case until I received the watch. Dealer did not mention these scratches and sent me a video to access the condition myself. Not saying they were deceitful but had I known about these scratches, I would have tried to negotiate for lower price. Overall this was a positive transaction on Chrono24. They shipped extremely fast.

Purchased a quarter repeater pocket watch from the dealer. Reasonably good condition cosmetically. Just the chiming doesn't get triggered all the time (success rate = 30-40%) even though I followed the instruction from the dealer. Understand it is something from 1900. I asked my local watch expert and he told me the correct way of holding a pocket watch in order to increase the success rate. It worked. It seems that it may be about some knowledge & experience gap here (the dealer just asked me to push all the way to the bottom then pull it back - which is not exactly helpful) Communication is fine although I have experienced speedier replies from other dealers.

The watch bracelet had major issues, making it impossible to size.. When i brought these issues up they accused me of damaging the watch. Disappointing experience for the amount of money.

Timepiece arrived in relatively good time considering the current circumstances. Unfortunately, the watch has some deficiencies (does not keep time; crooked crown screw) but I hope to rectify these with the dealer when it becomes possible to do so (and will update my review if I can). Otherwise, a good experience.

Took sometime for the seller to reply. The luminous indicator on number 8 has been aged is not glowing at dark, it had tiny bubble up, should be examine throughly. But not a big problem. The condition of the watch is good. The shipment speed and tracking is really good.

Après avoir reçu la montre j’ai décidé de la renvoyer car elle ne me plaisait pas (trop grosse) et qu’elle fut ma surprise quand le vendeur a déclaré que la montre n’etai Pas dans le même état et c’est grâce à Chrono24 après de nombreux appels que j’ai récupérer mes fonds. Professionnel de mauvaise fois à éviter

Bonjour, La montre est parfaite. Cependant 2 remarques: 1/ j’ai demandé la livraison à mon adresse en France, ce qui m’a été confirmé. Mais l’envoi a été effectué en Suisse, d’où une facture de douane plus transit de chf 370!!!!! 2/ le bracelet est coupé trop court pour mon poignet, ce qui fait que je dois acheter un nouveau bracelet. Dans la présentation du produit avec ce type de bracelet, il faudrait signaler l’éventualité de ce problème. Meilleures salutations Pierre Jaccard
