Seller attitude was horrible. This is not a person I will do business with again. I bought this watch as a gift. The seller shipped the product at the last possible moment to arrive when I needed it, risking it not arriving on time if there were any issues with the delivery, even though I told him specifically I needed the watch to arrive before a specific date. He claimed being on holiday, and everyone else having coronavirus. Very convenient. The seller claimed the watch was new and unworn, and that is how it arrived. However, from his handling of it, or from the shipping, the leather bracelet had visible damage, which was not in the photos or description. I tried to reason with him to send me a replacement bracelet, but all he was interested in was either getting the whole watch back, which was not an option for me, since I had to give it as a gift, or me to accept it as is. I told him not to worry, I will order the bracelet myself. I asked out of principle, I don't care about the $ amount.

Condition of the Watch was not as described. It was advertised as „new“ but ist was 10 Months old and had some small Microswirls. Before buying, I even asked the dealer if the Watch was really really new. After confrontation about that Facts, including photos, the dealer did not accepted my arguments. I came to an agreement with Chrono24 directly. They agreed with my argument, and gave me a refund without arguing Thank you, Chrono24 for your fast response and a small refund. But I do not recommend this dealer.

Not happy with the dial I brought, It had scratches all over the surface. But by the way the seller had taken the pictures didn’t show anything.

The watch was supposed to be production year 2021 according to the dealer's description, but in fact was from 2015. Couldn't come to a reasonable agreement during mediation. Very aggresive in their communication.

Auf den Produktbildern wird eine fabrikneue Uhr mit allen Klebeetiketten gezeigt. Geliefert wurde eine Uhr ohne Schutzaufkleber dafür mit kleinen Kratzern, z.B. an der Schließe. Eine Preisminderung wurde vom Händler abgelehnt. Rückabwicklung oder der Tausch gegen eine weitere, nicht verklebte Uhr wurde angeboten, wobei auch hier beim Transport entstehende Kratzer nicht auszuschließen wären. Der Uhrenkarton lag ungepolstert im Umkarton. So versendet man eigentlich keine Wertgegenstände. Kommunikation mit dem Händler war sehr gut.

箱が大きすぎてクッションが無いようなくらい動いてて、中の商品(針などが)バラバラでした。 小さい商品なのでDHLなどではなく、簡素な梱包で明細金額を抑えていただきたかった。(税金がかなりかかりました)

Merce spedita senza nessuna protezione, solo con la busta del corriere. Fortunatamente la scatola presenta solo due leggere ammaccature, il venditore ha subito proposto la sostituzione della scatola. Per 100 euro di spese si spedizione, un adeguato imballo e bloccare l'orologio all'interno della sua scatola sono doverosi.

Die Uhr selbst war optisch einwandfrei. Leider war das offerierte Angebot für mich als Speedy Sammler uninteressant, da die Omega Präsentationsbox an diversen Stellen beschädigt war ( Fotodokumentation). Die Postverpackung war OK. Dies wurde dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt und leider war er zu keinem Preisnachlass / Verhandlungen bereit. Der Rücktransport kostete mich trotz kulanter Beteiligung von chrono24 noch 120 EUR. Viel Geld für einmal Uhr anschauen.

The watch was supposed to be unworn but the bracelet had dented screws and other marks of abuse most likely by an unauthorised person fiddling with the watch. 8 screws will be needed to be replaced. The shipping was done in the original container without extra cushioning or foams resulting in a dented corner of the original outer box.

There was no way of guaranteeing authenticity of the timepiece because to remove the back invalidates the returns policy. It would be preferable if dealers were obliged to issue a certificate of authenticity when selling a timepiece, and then the legal situation would be much clearer. JM.

Die von mir gekaufte Rolex Datejust hatte ein nicht zugehöriges Werk, dass einer Day Date cal 1556, verbaut. War in der Beschreibung nicht aufgeführt. Die Versandkosten sind zu hoch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer schwierig, selbst der Kundenservice hat es nicht möglich machen können, dass der Verkäufer die Uhr zurücknimmt. Bleibe auf einer verbauten Uhr sitzen!

Das gelieferte uhrenband entsprach nicht exakt der Beschreibung..d.h. die am Band verbauten endlinks passen nicht zur Uhr. Das wurde während unserer kommunikation nicht erwähnt.

Dealer did not fill in the warrenty card. Wrist band change was to pay extra, despite of that it is normally included in the sales price.
